ICP is a licensed Employment and Labour Hire Service. Apart from our 457 Sponsorship Program  and Internship Program, we also offer an exceptional casual labour hire service providing temporary work solutions for ongoing job vacancies as well as interim projects.

In terms of working rights, our candidates predominantly fall into the following categories:

·         Australian Citizens

·         Permanent Residence Visa holders

·         Working Holiday Visa holders

·         Student Visa holders

Working holiday visa holders are able to work for up to 6 months with the same employer. As such, they are a logical solution for filling positions in workforce intensive projects through personal contracting, as well as for filling ongoing part-time and casual positions.
